Twitter上で新橋の立ち食いうどん屋で客の男性が店員の女性の髪を掴みなぐりかかる動画が炎上しています。男性は財布を店内で無くし、店のせいだといちゃもんをつけて女性店員に絡み暴行を働いたとのこと。また、撮影されたお店は「おにやんま」という都内でも人気の立ち食いうどん屋と判明しました。

新橋で立ち食いうどんを食べていたら迷惑な客が乱入。財布なくしたらしくなかったら店のせいだと騒ぎ、商売道具のうどんの粉の上に座り怒鳴り散らし女性店員の頭を掴み暴れようとする自称ガールズバーの店長。お店の方に動画提供しますと言ったら防犯カメラあるので大丈夫ですと。捕まれ。 pic.twitter.com/vaziqGqk2W

撮影された動画では男性が「おい、コラぁ」と言いながら女性店員の髪を掴みながら振り回します。女性店員は男性の手を振りほどき男性を軽く押すと男性は「おまえ、俺どついたやろ。てめぇが先にやったべ」と突如被害者発言。男性は積み上げられたうどん粉の袋の上に座り、店長と思われる男性が男性客が暴れないよう終始抑えていました。
女性店員の言葉はカタコトで聞き取りにくいところもあり外国人の可能性があります。女性店員はは店内に防犯カメラが付いていることを何度も訴え続けており、男性客に後々警察に調べられたらあなたが悪いと分かると主張しているのでしょう。
男性客は女性店員に軽く押されたたのが気に食わなかったのか「おまえが先に手を出した」と動画が終わるまで何度も発言。
また、暴行男の動画を撮影していた方によると女性店員は被害者で客の男性がいちゃもんをつけて絡んできたとのこと。常に悪態をついていたようでおにやんま側も警察に連絡する一歩手前だったそうです。
追記 この女性は完全に被害者です。

追記です。まず撮影をする前からお店の人が警察を呼ぶ手配をしていました。それくらい悪態をついていました。暴れている男性が言っている女性が先に手を出したというのは、男性が女性に掴みかかろうとした手を女性が振り払ったら大袈裟に後ろの袋に倒れこんだのです。それでこの逆襲です。

暴行男は自称ガールズバー店長！顔画像判明で逮捕目前か
撮影された動画では暴行男の顔がハッキリと判明しているため逃げ切ることは不可能でしょう。また、撮影された方によると暴行男は自称ガールズバーの店長と名乗っているそうです。その後の動画については撮影されていないため暴行男がどうなったのか不明です。
ただ、女性店員の髪を掴んで振り回す暴力行為。さらに他の客に迷惑をかけ店の営業を妨害していますから暴行罪、威力業務妨害などで逮捕される可能性は十分にあります。ガールズバー店長も自称な上に財布を無くしたかすらも怪しいです。
